I don't know if I'm seeing things, but I'm noticing some sort of ship sitting in berth 2 at Departure Bay. Could it be the Surrey? She was only just painted, and nobody knows if she even had sea trials yet, so it would be too soon for her to be back already, wouldn't it? The windows look odd to me..... It's not the Esquimalt either, as she's currently on her way to Horseshoe Bay, and doing a few round trips today. Scott, can you fill us in with what's there?

It appears to be the Chilliwack with the 3 o-clock Cowichan inthe Backround..

Ok, right on then! I wonder if Scott is down there getting pics? We can only hope, but I bet it would have been too short of notice.

Well here's Departure Bay at about 7 o'clock. Now I can see the Chilliwack docked there.

Nope, she's gone now. The Esquimalt is in Berth 1, and the Queen of Oak Bay is sitting in Berth 3, ready for the 8:30 sailing. I guess she left early this morning, as she was there last night. For those of you who don't know Departure Bay, berth 3 is right between that space you see between the Oak Bay and Esquimalt. That was where the Chilliwack was yesterday. If you look in that picture I posted yesterday, you can just barely see the passenger deck windows, and the tip of the bridge. Look closely, and you'll see. (compare the gap between berth 1, and berth 3, with both of those pics)

what exactly would the chilliwack be doing on the island? She's on her way up north (pitstop), from the refit she just had, to prepare her for the summer.
