All I can say is... "Dumb f***" ......As if somene wouldn't see him leap off a ferry in Active Pass (And like it hasn't been done before)..... Some have been successful, but those successful individuals have carefully chosen their demise and to remain undetected, unlike the idiot portrayed in this story. No rescue here, only another "Potential" contributor to the "Darwin awards". Truly deserving, given the waste of time to the ferry crew dispatched to retrieve him (without success, given he bailed to Mayne). He should have received a harsher sentence, given the reason for his sudden departure, and personally feel that maybe the "Twin screws" might have taught him a very eternal lesson.....

P.S. STUPID acts like this deserve more of a sentence than a fine and a "Brief ban" from riding the ferries. Might have been better to have been "Placed" in the screws and let the crabs have a "Feast" at his expense and cancel one twit from contributing to the gene pool...........but given his "Survival", would it have been an equally better lesson to have his head jarred well up between his butt cheeks during the splash and "Seen the light" of his stupidity, through his pharnyx?.............

Screwing around on the ferries is not something you want to do. If he jumped while the ferry was in US waters, he would be sooo screwed over by GWB's Super-Security Forces and Coast Guard...
