Modified Schedule November 1 - December 6[/i][/size] Posted October 23, 2006Customers travelling on the Tsawwassen – Duke Point route are advised that a modified schedule will be in effect from Wednesday November 1 through Wednesday, December 6 while the regular vessel the Queen of New Westminster is removed from service for annual refit. "Are they beautifying her?" You must mean: Are the RUINING her!

No, this is annual maintenance. Her beautification isn't until next fall, according to Hahn in the AGM that Graham recorded.

The Alberni is going in for mid life but not the New West if you were talking about the New West.

I guess the drydock is too busy this year and they have to refit the New West next year.

I guess the drydock is too busy this year and they have to refit the New West next year. There's also the tiny little detail of capital ($), and the ammount of it that they're putting into the 'Alberni this year.
