I've re-posted this message that I originally posted as a response to comments in the "Bulletin Board" thread, in order to re-direct specific convo about it to here...The Capilano's last refit was in January of 2004. This was the refit which put her in the new BCF colours. Her replacement at the time, was the Bowen Queen. I remember this, because I was coming in on route 2, Queen of Oak Bay one afternoon, I watched the Capilano sail from the Spanish Banks, to Horseshoe Bay. Overdue? Most likely. She's still having RAD problems, and she's looking a little rough around the edges, with the paintjob. My prediction is, she'll be out for refit this January, hopefully. At around the 5.30 mark in the following clip of David Hahn's speech at BCFS' AGM, he mentions the RADs for the 2 Cumberland Class vessels

Why is it the Cap gets new RADs and you have to get the used ones???
