Question: - What does the BCFS Collective Agreement say about free employee travel on ferries (ie. not while they're working a shift, but for non-shift "regular joe" travel). ?
- What is allowed, ie. any route? - How much is allowed? ie. is there a limit of free-trips for a year? - Is it vehicle and passenger fare? - What's the rule on family member use of this perk? - How is this employee perk monitored & controlled?
I can understand the concept of "Employee Family Pricing" (thanks to the TV ads of "Sleep Country" stores)....so is this the same concept here?
How do they (BCFS) control the variable benefit between a free trip on the Mill Bay and a free trip on the Nor-Ad? Or is it an open and unlimited benefit?

Employee's and their dependants as foot passengers - unlimited... Employee's and their dependants as drive-on passengers (individual or not) - limited to 24 trips (12 round trips)... Employee's and their dependants traveling Route 10 - limited to 2 trips (1 round trip)...
