According to the R.B.I, The Queen of Coquitlam will replace the Queen of Cowichan for a few days begining on Feb 11. The Coquitlam will then move to Langdale to replace the Queen of Surrey while it goes for her annual refitt. Begining Feb 11 the Queen of Esquimalt will be based out of Duke Point on a modified schedual.  |

the way i read this is as follows: on feb 11 the esquimalt is on route 30, the coq is on route 2, the cow is out of service. a couple days later the esquimalt is still on route 30, the cow is back on route 2 and the coq is now on route 3
