I saw a Pacficat heading out towards the Lions Gate Bridge as I was driving into North Van today. Anyone know what's going on?

This doesn't sound right. a Pacificat goes out in the open without any Explanation. What are they Doing??

dennis washington took it out for a day cruise. decided hey this is such a nice day lets cruise out to the t a ball and back

Driving over the second narrows bridge this evening, I could tell that the Pacificat Explorer has been moved. I'll assume she was moved to the other Washington Marine Group shipyard, that the Quinitsa currently sits at?
