a good idea. lets wait to see hardy's comment. so if you own a trucking company you apply for this give your drivers all cards and then each month you pay for the fares from the past month

Companies that I worked for as early as 1994 had Commercial Travel Cards on account. The only thing that appears to have changed now is that BCFS is willing to extend 30 day terms. I am on 7-day terms for my business, and others were on 14-day terms. You also used to be able to use the CTC for personal vehicles as well, but according to the website, this is now verbotten. Looking at the PDF of the app (their existing customer one) it is the same thing tht I signed before, with the addition of a new schedule on it. As I say, this is all old hat, just posting it on the website must have been new.

As an afterthought, I will attempt to scan in one of my older invoices that has several trips on it for those that are interested in the setup and formatl. It'll be next week though, as I am busy now and have an out of town trip to/from Calgary.
