It was to get the schedule back on time since the Cowichan from what I heard had a problem with her water supply, so either both vessels could have been behind schedule or they could switch operating positions and keep the schedule on time.

Heh. Wooooo, it's July, again? The last time I checked, it was August. Or, we are discussing a vessel swap a month ago? I guess I'll never know....
