According to the Langdale schedule, on Sept 2, there are no Queen of Esquimalt sailings. Anyone have any insight as to why? This seems strange that only this day out of the summer has been cancelled.

Because it is part of the long weekend and that Sunday before Labour Day is a quiet travel day on route 3.

Because it is part of the long weekend and that Sunday before Labour Day is a quiet travel day on route 3. Not this year! The final two sailings are full. It makes no sense why there was no MD sailing. The traffic was heavy in the afternoon.

Unfortunately, because there was no Esquimalt sailings my day was hooped!! I was hoping to go on the Esquimalt one last time, but it was not to be! We arrived at the terminal thinking we would catch the 4:30, or at LEAST the 5:15. But we ended up on the 7:20!!! And when we left, there was still a whole bunch of vehicles left. (Photos from this trip will be posted on Tuesday)
