BCFS sale extended - but not advertised

I think the savings got up to 30% or so.

The Questions really are, will we see more of these?
And: is this just a strategy to re-direct funds; as in: the sale was just a discount on an added user-cost, that was added to the bottom line, when calculated over the long-term?

Remember, BCFS is now a private company, and doesn't answer to the same public-disclosure rules in the least.
