The M/V Quinsam will return from annual refit and resume service on the Gabriola Island route with the
3:10 p.m. sailing from Descanso Bay on Monday, April 10.
With the Quinsam replacing the Bowen Queen, commercial vehicles will no longer be restricted to the centre lane of the vessel. This will restore regular commercial carrying capacity to and from Gabriola Island.
The Quinsam was the last vessel in the active BC Ferries fleet to be repainted in the new livery.
