The ship was delayed, seeming traffic couldn't get passed the fire trucks blocking the road, due to some sort of fire. Did I miss something? Because I thought the Chilliwack already went up North? Or is she really still doing the Jervis Inlet run..?

There was a small fire on near the road about 5 km away from Saltery Bay terminal.
Traffic travelling to the terminal was held up as a result.
The Queen of Chilliwack, which was scheduled to sail from Saltery Bay at 3:30 pm, departed at 3:51 pm.
As traffic is light, the ship is expected to make up the time. The scheduled 5:25 pm sailing from Saltery Bay should be very close to on time.

Who's writing the service notices, George Bush!!?? whoops, did I say that out loud? Seems like a pretty tame thing to say..... re the behind-the-times lack of accuracy by BCF on their website: I guess they get used to having a certain ship on each route, and so they react slowly to changes. Maybe they don't have good communication between the people in the know, and the person who updates the website. Maybe they just aren't detail-people.
