The latest press release on the BCF site, has the results from the Customer Satisfaction survey. This PDF file shows every little detail from how clean the washrooms are, to how easy the signage at the terminals. Results have increased 1% since 2004, so I suppose that's a good thing. It doesn't appear to be biased results, as there are still some areas in need of improvement, such as people not getting enough for their buck in the cafeteria. Have a look, and enjoy.
