Sorry, I don't have a print article to back this up, but I heard it on the Michael Smyth show last night on CKNW.
Apparently BC Ferries promised the residents of Hartley Bay that they would remove all the fuel from the sunken Queen of the North by this fall. Now they're telling them they'll have to wait until the spring before cleanup happens.
