I just happen to know that the Langdale Queen is sitting under the Second Narrows Bridge! It's been turned into a barge with a bunch of scrap on it, so it may be hard to pick out.

Last week, I went by Deas in the Massey Tunnle. Here's what's there: -SOVI -Esquimalt -Tsawwassen -The Klitsa was probably there, I just didn't see it

There is a V class at Swartz Bay and I think it is the Esquimalt back again after being up at Langdale. The Vancouver was at SB on Sunday in service then she was gone on Monday and now there is a V class at SB now so I think it might be the Esquimalt.

Ok, I stand corrected. It's probably the Vancouver, since I saw it on a Saturday.

oh well if you saw it Saturday it might of been the Esquimalt cause she was off the Langdale run Sat and the Vancouver was still at SB Saturday. The Vancouver dident leave till Monday.

I heard the Queen of Esquimalt a couple days ago coming out of the Fraser River. She is probably at Swartz BaY now and The Vancouver at Deas.

This is very weird. I mean, logically, wouldn't they put the extra vessels at Tsawwassen, where there are extra berths? Or perhaps Departure Bay?

Swartz Bay also has extra berths, so vessels sit there when they're not in use. Tsawassen and Departure Bay also store vessels that are not in use.

Hmm...I wonder what happened with the Queen of the Islands...? I thought you said she was being scrapped in New West...?

I dunno. I saw her in New West about a month ago... I defenitly know that she is obviously not being scrapped, back then I didn't know that she (Queen of the Islands) was St. John's Fishing Lodge. I take back my guess about the scrap thing, but she was definetly at New West, near Sapperton Skytrain Station.

Yeah you're correct, although I didn't see it for myself. Fenklebaum posted a picture of it in Newwest a while ago. Also around that time, a member from the yahoo forum sent me an email stating that the Queen of the Islands was undertow up the Fraser to Newwest.
