I can assure you that it was the Kahloke and Nimpkish, I even saw them from a distiance. I have it in my book.

This was the reason why John H has a picture of the Quinsam sitting at Berth 1 Departure Bay.

I will do a search through my books and will post the excact dates when I have a chance too.

The Bowen Queen replaces the Quinsam during her refitt which is like once every 5 or so years.

I've got photos of the Kaholke on the Gabriola run... it was probably at the same time. I didn't see the Nimpkish at the time, but that doesn't mean it wasn't around... I just didn't see it.

Well, they didn't. I was travelling as a walk-on, theticket seller in the terminal was clearly to lazy to tellus what berth to go to and they hadn't started loading the cars...
