I wonder if the 12:33 sailing had anything to do with the Queen of Tsawwassen not being able to take the vehicles bound for Pender or Saltspring due to the over-selling of passenger tickets. Perhaps they started the Saanich early and brought them over to Swartz Bay so they could get to the Gulf Islands from there. Just a guess.

When I was at Swartz from fullford on Saturday at 10:30AM I saw 3 V classes in berths 2 and three and then I too the 11AM SOVI home.

There would only be two V classes the Saanich and Esquimalt, the Vancouver is on the Duke Point run.
