The part that is blocked in is the engine room, it also used to be a car deck, until it had a refit because it only had small engines, they turned it into an engine room.

does the Chilliwack have 3 car decks and a tree planted on the passenger deck?
I don't think so, and I know it looks peculiar, but that is just the part you would see out of the water.
