You have to Download a codec then if you're using Windows Media Player I figured out. You just right click "F-Class" at the top right of the media player screen, and click on error details and it will tell you that you need to download a codec. So you go to "web help" and it should tell you what to do from there.

Harry do u use Quick time? it is a AVI File so it Should work with Quick time or Windows Media Player

Why not encode it in a format most people use. 3 different players and none can play it. Encode it in H.264 the new standard.

Hmmm, strange. I thought I had a vast majority of the codecs for Windows Media Player, but it won't work for me either. Perhaps it would be best to re-encode it, so the rest of us can see it!
