What is your favorite BC Ferry interior?? Personally my favorite is the SOVI! I dont mind the refurbished ones, but I still like the older look of the SOVI! I dont like the hard floors! I like the carpeting on the ferries! With the dogwoods flower on them! Next year is gonna suck with all the ships being redone and all the same!

I like both of them. They both have their ups and downs! The new look they have going looks good, but I miss the old interiors because it was the original look to the ferry, but they were getting old and outdated. But these mid-life refits are interesting because each time they do a ferry, there's always some small things that were done differently. For example: compare the Coquitlam to the Cowichan and Oak Bay. When they did the Coquitlam they made the mistake of making the seats go right to the cafeteria wall on the #2 end and so you have to walk through the cafeteria. But on Cowichan they took one or two rows out in the same area so you don't have to walk through the cafeteria but can walk around. On Oak Bay, because her deck layout was different, they put the kids area and arcade on the #1 end and the Chief Stewards office in the middle of the ship. I'm sure there's lots of other differences still, but it is nice to go on different ferries for a change of scenery.

I don't care what ones, I like all interiors, the quinsam is BORING I know, but it the look of the outerior that I decide about, the outside look.

yeah I remember those old carpets! How many of you have been on a refurbished C class??? They do have carpet in some areas! Does anyone know what I mean, the newer carpets they have on the c's? What do you think if they did the whole SOVI like that with those newer carpets?? That would be kind of interesting! You have to have seen it to know!
