I said that idea a while ago, but wouldn't happen, most of the people that live on the Islands with maybe a few dozen people wouldn't want car ferries bringing traffic over, I think they live there to get away from that.

NO WAY! The thing has the characteristics of an old rusty car anyways. Old and rusty. Certainly not worth the sight.

What route is she going to go on then?! I realy want to see mill bay getting some good use on a reliable route, Crofton-Vesuvius as a tandem vessel?(Run Howe sound Queen and Mill bay on the same run) New route; where to?

The Mill Bay no longer has a spot in in the BC Ferries fleet. You begin to wonder why they've NEVER used her on any other routes but her selves, because she can't handle the demand, or in some cases, the sea.

Rebuilt her with new steel then, she is not worth scrap yet.

For one: they'd spend more money rebuilding her than building a new ship and for two: she doesn't meet the modern demand.

She is not Rusty, quite old, but not rusty yet. "Send her to Scrap", What already! She is not THAT old! Mill bay might look good and run good on the S Gulf Islands, Village bay-Sturdies bay? It is a very small vessel and should be quite easy for her to sail through Active Pass, if I buy the vessel.
