I'll go with Horseshoe Bay-Departure Bay for several reasons: -scenic terminal locations, -favourite vessels ("C" Class), -refurbished vessels, -longest in distance and -scenic view.

Which routes have you all been on the most? I don't usually get much time to travel on ferries and we usually went on vacations in the central province (until a few years ago when I became amused with ferries), so I probably haven't been on as many ferries as some of you, but heres the what routes I've been on and how many times.
Horseshoe Bay-Departure Bay: 5 Horseshoe Bay-Langdale: 5 Sechelt-Powell River: 1 Powell River-Comox: 1 Tsawwassen-Duke Point: 3 Vancouver Island-Denman Island: 2 Port Hardy-Prince Rupert: 1

I like the HSB-DPB route because it's the route I've been on the most.
HSB-DPB:lost count a long time ago (guessing at least 30 times) Duke Point-Tsawwassen-lost count a long time ago (guessing 15) Tsawwassen-Swartz Bay:5 HSB-Langdale:1 Crofton-Saltspring Island:1 Nanaimo-Gabriola Island:3

My favourite route is Earls Cove - Saltery Bay because of its scenery, and the summer vessel ( Queen of Tsawassen). As for routes I 've been on
TSA-SB: Countless number* HSB-DB: Countless number* HSB-LNGDL: Countless number* TSA-SGIs: 5 PR-Comox: 1 Jervis Inlet:1 Fulford-SB: 7-8 Bowen: 3 Crofton Vesuvius: 1 TSA-Duke Point: 0
I have been on almost every major vessel, but not the Sidney, and I'm unsure about the Alberni, or the Newwest.
*note: countless means something like over 100

I would have to say Departure Bay to Horseshoe Bay as I dont get to go on the route that often. I mostly travel Swartz Bay to Tsawwasse, which is also one of favorites but it's not as exciting anymore as I am always on that route.
For me Swartz Bay to Tsawwassen: too high to keep track. Probably more than 15 times a year, as in rountrips.
Tsawwassen to Duke Point: about 4 times, that is total since like 97
Departure Bay to Horseshoe Bay: maybe 1 or 2 times a year.
Swartz Bay to Southern Gulf Islands, maybe about 4 times a year.
Swartz Bay to Fulford: 1 or 2 times a year.
Mill Bay route: only once
Texada route: once
Bowen Island run: once
Campbell River to Quadra Island: 2 times in the past years and once to Cortez.
Powell River to Comox:2
Earls Cove to Saltery Bay:2
Horseshoe Bay to Langdale:3
Gulf Islands to Tsawwassen:1
Gabriola: 2
I am going by years cause I have no idea the total for all the years I have been travelling on the ferries.
Vesuvius: less than 10. Chemainus to Thetis Island:only once though.
I have been on every major ferry except the Queen of Prince Rupert and Chilliwack.
Denman, Hornby, Port Mc Neil, Northern Routes Port Hardy to Prince Rupert, Queen Charlottes, and Saturna are the only routes I havent been on.

i guess i can probably beat you all when it comes to route 9 to saltspring. lost count but here are the numbers to use. every 6 weeks from the time i was 6 weeks old until i was 18. works out to about 156 round trips. then from 18-22, every 8-10 weeks, and finally from age 22 until now 27 every 4 weeks. this works out to over 200 trips to saltspring. these trips have included rides on the queen of the islands, tsawwassen and sidney, nanaimo, bowen queen and the quinsam. these trips don't even include trips over to crofton while i have been on saltspring. those trips include rides on the howe sound, saltspring, vesuvius, and bowen queens. have also gone on route one to swartz many times. these trips have included rides on all 4 v-class, the new west(prelift and post lift), both spirits, burnaby, alberni, and when i was little probably even a c class on that route.

I've also been on the Klitsa while it was filling in for the Kulleet on the Fort Langley-Albion run. It's a ferry at my doorstep - five minute drive or a 15 minute bike ride away.

South side, approximately two or three kilometers east of Fort Langley. The Queen of the Islands used to dock right at the bottom of my road, by the Fort Seaplane Base.
