The Kwuna is the only BC ferry with ramps like that.

it look's like Quinsam though, the "up in the air'' bridge and the side lounges as the appear on the original Quinsam, it might be an unknown sister of the Quinsam!!! <shivers>

Judging by the lack of shore ramps & hydraulic lifts, I would guess that this is fresh water.
The white looking pavement on the shore is a hint that this is interior-BC.
I'm 99.9% certain that she is the MV Osprey-2000, on the Kootenay Bay - Balfour run.

Thank you very much. ;D
I have never heard of the ferry before, and the M.V osprey looks like a sister of the Quinsam, only the bridge is circular on the osprey, the Quinsam and Quinitsa's Bridge are Square.

No way that's not the Osprey 2000. Defitnitely not. I think it's the Revelstoke to Nakusp Ferry on the Upper Arrow Lake. This is one picture you can sort of see the bridge that I took in the summer of 1996,

The original post in this forum with the small "mystery ferry picture" is a photo of the MV "Galena". Now privately operated, it was built for the ministry of highways for service on Arrow Lake.

Only thing with fun friday's, I don't have the rewards for the winners, if someone could supply them for me, I could do a couple of Fun Fridays!

From this way, the M.V Galena looks like it's the Mill bay's size.
