BC Ferries has many routes, but Irish Ferries, and Stena have long and not very many routes. They have nicer (well, we have nice basics, but they have more amenities), and larger ferries.

im going with B.C ferries beacause i have never ever been on any other ferries in my life.

Irish Ferries are owned by a Greek family - not pure Irish.
The wind does kick up in the strait and the crossing can be very invent full if you have drank a little to much of the local water.
The Stena Lines - this is what I mentioned in the Past - that is a "brand" name been sold to a operator - so which line / route are you referring to - when you mention the Stenna Lines. Again like if you memtion a P&O vessel - line / route same problem.
