i'd so like to come on it. Put me down as maybe because October is a long time from now and I don't know what I'm doing in October or on that particular weekend. I know I won't be driving there myself.
Do you need a reservatio if you're a walk-on?

alright, so far we have Sandi and her son, me and a guest, and Harbourlynx Kid and maybe Strong Skier.
Should just tell you guys, dont leave it too long though to decide or it might be all booked, if you want to come.

right on! We should of all chipped in and chartered the Queen of the North and had everyone on the boards join us! Then we wouldent have had all the other passengers! Have her all to ourselves! ;D
Am I the only one taking a vehicle?? How are you going Flugel Horn??

It's a great oppurtunity for ferry enthusiasts from the Lower Mainland and from Southern Vancouver Island to get on the Queen of the North. She's such a fine looking ship.

I'm not driving, it's way too expensive for me to drive, and besides I've bussed to and from Tsawassen before. My only transport issue is getting from Nanaimo to Port Hardy. It's a 20 minute drive from My house to Horseshoe Bay (1.5-2 hours by bike)

Well the only reason why I am taking the car is because we are probably going to stay in Ladner with some relatives and then head back Sunday afternoon. We could of walked on but then we would have to either get a ride into Ladner after we get to Tsawwassen or we might of just gone back that night to Swartz Bay but it will be more fun to stay over in Vancouver, instead of going back the same night.

I'm driving with my spouse.....and I'm still thinking about bringing my parents along, for a fun family trip. So it's either going to be a cozy romantic cruise, or a family gathering.

Yeah we will all have to meet somewhere on the Queen of the North. I have seen Harbourlynx's photo, Strong Skier, and Sandi and her son. I wouldent know Flugel Horn though if I seen him though. I dont know what he looks like.
Hey Sandi those photos that you took on the Powell River Queen the last two of your son, which one is you in those two photos??? Just so I know who everyone is, I know everyone who is so far going on this cruise except Flugel Horn.

Yeah I cant post any photos on my profile thingy cause it dosent seem to work. No photo works for me on here. I dont know why. That's interesting to know, 193 days till the cruise! man, that is a long time! I was also counting down the days till I am off to LA California, 32 to go! I thought that was alot.

According to Tyler Noble on the yahoo site, the Queen of the North is scheduled up north on April 9th. Then the Queen of Prince Rupert is having some work done on her. So the Queen of the North will be heading up north sometime before April 9th.

Everytime I go on the Cowichan Coquitlam or SOBC now I cant wait to take the Queen of the North positioning cruise in October. She is another ship with nice fancy interior that I and some of you guys get to spend 13 hours on sailing down to Tsawwassen!!!  |
