I passed by deas today, and the Alberni is not there.
BTW, I got some photos of deas when I was there, and apparently there are more new fire windows on the SOBC than we previously thought. Previously, the Queen of Surrey blocked most of the side of the SOBC, so you could see a few fire windows, but not all.
I will post some of these pics when I update my site, and I will post here when I do.
So where is the Alberni?

Yes I have gotten more photos of Deas. I took them on Saturday, so there was the SOBC in berth 1, berth 2 (where the Surrey was) was empty, in berth 3 was the Burnaby, Q of the North was in berth 4, a private ship was in berth 5 (the corner berth), and the Klitsa was in ber th 6.
I've been fairly busy lately, and haven't had time to update my site, but I'll be sure to post here when I have updated.

We changed vessels at Tsawwassen, left the Esquimalt and jumped onto the Alberni for out 1305 sailing back to Duke Pt. The Esquimalt then sailed to Swartz with another crew. The Alberni will sail on the Duke Pt. / Tsawwassen run on the modified schedule for the rest of today but will resume her normal schedule tomorrow morning. So they have 3 V class ships on Rte 1 until the SOVI is repaired. Unless something else breaks down.

Well lets not say anything about it, we might jinx it and one of the V class will break down again , and then, well it starts all over again.
So if everything is back to normal after Friday and with spring break next week why dosent BC Ferries have extra sailing all week. Monday Tuesday and Wednesday of next week there are no extra sailing. I think they should just be safe, instead of having lineups and then having to put one into service at the last minute.

It's like this at the busy times of year get the Ferries working full time on major routes extra vessels and all
