I might go over Friday to Vancouver. You think the SOBC will still be there?? Is that where she is staying till the end of her refit???

Yeah She's probably still gonna be there till March for the rest of her refit. Maybe a until a week before she goes back to service for sea trials. Don't forget your camera Karl;D

The outside is the same, I think. I dont know the Spirits very well. I was hoping there would be something exciting like a stretch, 4th car deck.... something.

This afternoon I went over the second Narrows Bridge and looked over at the drydock and I could see that SOBC isn't there anymore, and just Oak Bay is the only one sitting there now. So I guess they're gonna be doing sea trials and having her sit at Deas for a bit and eventually back at Tsawwassen

I was due on the 7AM on March 18, but that now has been moved back to 11AM or 3PM on March 19. I will get 130 photo's for View B.C. Ferries.com (which will be the launch of the site). Sorry I won't be able to be on the maiden voyage of Spirit of B.C. I will also extensively document Spirit of VI Classic

Yeah I would of like to be on the 7am sailing the first day she is back in service. But if I ever take 7am sailings it's from Swartz Bay not Tsawwassen as I am from Victoria. Maybe the week after she is back in service I might take another day trip to Vancouver and go over on the 9am and come back on the 7pm, both SOBC, the sailings I usually take when I go for the day.
Mr Mac Write, are you doing a roundtrip on the SOBC when you go the first day she comes back?? We need to get lots of photos of the S class as we dont have many interior photos of them. I would take more photos except I usually never take less crowded sailings which are better for photos.

I am on a four week rotation. 3 weeks Vancouver 1 week Saltspring. I normally travel on third and fourth Friday on 7AM and 11AM respectively. Last saturday however, I took the 11:50AM direct to saltspring (first time on the nanny in 5 years, 2 months, 10 days down to the minute).
