S.O.S. Message from the Queen of "Ocoa"?

I was google searching the "Queen of Ocoa" and came across a very strange message from a person on the vessel calling for help. This message is fairly new, and was posted just in July. I keep on finding brief postings on this ferry as to what's going on with it, but the pages are always translated from Spanish, and never really make that much sense. But here is the site this message was posted on. Strange...very strange...
