I have been looking at the BC Ferries RBI recently and have found out that it is the Queen of Nanaimo operating on the Tsa-SGI around Christmas. So, I have been thinking of another plan. 1'st ferry: Queen of Vancouver (8:00 am departure) 2'nd ferry Queen of Vancouver (again, 10:00 am departure) 3'rd ferry Queen of Saanich (2:00 pm Departure) 4'th ferry Queen of Saanich (4:00 pm departure) Take the bus back to Vancouver. Now, would I be able to do this? Would bc ferries let me do this?! And, how would I purchase my ticket to go to Swartz Bay when I am at Tsawwassen (2:00 departure)? I know this would involve a bit of waiting, but I think it would be worth it!

Sorry, I don't quite understand what you're trying to get at. Quote: I have been looking at the BC Ferries RBI recently and have found out that it is the Queen of Nanaimo operating on the Tsa-SGI around Christmas. So, I have been thinking of another plan. Your name is Queen of Nanaimo Teen, and you seem to be a little annoyed that your Ferry is running at Christmas, on it's regular route.... Quote: enter mentioned sailing times --> here <-- : Now, would I be able to do this? Would bc ferries let me do this?! And, how would I purchase my ticket to go to Swartz Bay when I am at Tsawwassen (2:00 departure)? I know this would involve a bit of waiting, but I think it would be worth it! On the latest BCFS Brochure, the fine print at the bottom of the Route 1 sailing times page says, "Customers must limit 2 one way sailings a day, per family, per household, per day" So if BC Ferries catches you on the Queen of Saanich after taking a round trip on the Vancouver, you might have to walk the plank! To purchase your ticket, you must do it in the same way any other Foot Passengers would do it. Purchase your ticket at least an hour before the scheduled sailing, but no later than 5 minutes before the sailing.

Well, the thing is is that I wanted to go on the Queen of Tsawwassen, not the Queen of Nanaimo

You are doing two roundtrips in one day??? You would have to get off at the terminals and go to the toll booths and get your tickets. I dont know if you can purchase them onboard. I know you could before but I am not sure if you still can.

lol! Yes Sean, BC Ferries will let you do however many sailings you choose, just as long as you pay the price to do so. Otherwise they could care less. The ramp operator might give you a funny look though.

Well who cares what they think. If they can actually remember seeing you. I am probably doing a roundtrip on the Alberni tommorrow afternoon getting off at TSA and getting back on and going back with the same crew so who knows if I will get any looks. Not that I care. I have a good excuse. I am documenting the Alberni before she goes into mid life, lol! You all shouldent care either!
