Tsawwassen Parking

Anyone know about the parking lot located just before the causeway out to the Tsawwassen ferry terminal? Do they still operate? Anyone know what they charge? I remember hearing about the owner having problems with BC Ferries a couple years ago.

They settled their differences, and they now regularly serve the main terminal building via bus.
