Just a quick question! What does it take for BC Ferries to use the Queen of Esquimalt as a third vessel over Spring Break? The 12:30 ferry still hasn't left however it is full and the 3:00 is 40% full. I noticed the time on my post is wrong I posted at 12:41 not 11:41

The reason for this is because the Queen of Coquitlam is not available at this current time because the Queen of Alberni is in for her MLU. Otherwise the Queen of Esquimalt would probabley be assisting the Queen of Surrey on route 3.

I noticed the time on my post is wrong I posted at 12:41 not 11:41 The extra vessel will only do unscheduled sailings on Manager's Discresion... This does not happen often when there is no scheduled sailings for the extra, as they would have to call in a whole crew to operate the boat - - In this case it would take hours to get the ship staffed and operational...
