No, Nichols has only built two of WSF's passenger only boats. They are supposed to do some subcontracting work for Todd on the new WSF boats.

No, Nichols has only built two of WSF's passenger only boats. They are supposed to do some subcontracting work for Todd on the new WSF boats. They only built one, the Tyee (which was a cruise boat before being acquired by WSF). The 2 current PO ferries (Skagit & Tyee) were built in New Orleans. The 2 that were used on the Seattle-Bremerton run (Chinook & Snohomish) were built in Anacortes. -- LB
