I don't know if it's been mentioned before, but does anyone else think that the WSF website is quite user-unfriendly? To me it seems really cluttered and complicated. I'm impressed with the amount of information on the site, but it's not laid out very well in my opinion. Part of the problem might be that it's sort of a sub-site of the Washington State Department of Transportation.
That's my rant for the night:)

I've had people email through my site to tell me they can't figure out how to use the official site.

Hmm. I am one who enjoys having everything laid out in front of me, much like the Washington State Ferries website. It seems to have everything I will ever need, right there. However, everything is jumbled up on one page, and yes, I admit that is frustrating.
BC Ferries can be frustrating too at times. However, the key components of the site are right there, and I like that.

WSF is generally unfriendly. For Joe Public I think the BC Ferries site is very well laid out. When you want more detailed and comprehensive info thats what it becomes more challenging.

BC Ferries has become more complicated lately also. It takes a little while to find their fleet page I find!

I tried to view an earlier version of the WSF site at archive.org, but I got this message:
The main WSDOT site isn't blocked. I wonder why the WSF portion of the site is blocked.
