She started life as the little Steamer Kitsap II, was converted into the steam ferry City of Bellingham, and then finally ending up as the diesel ferry Quilcene. I"ve always thought she was kind of a cute little boat, with a rather nicely appointed interior. That is awesome! I just especially love learning about the boats that have been through several name changes...and rebuilds.
