What's the name of the island that is just off Swartz Bay? There are a few, but this one is the first one on the port side of the outgoing vessels. If anyone says Saltspring I'll come over there and punch you. Thanks.

I think so, saltspring is, but piers is on the port side of the outgoing Skeena Queen and the Queens of Cumberland, Saanich and Vancouver, also the mayne queen.
The outgoing vessels that have piers island on the starboard side, is the spirits.

for the vessels that are not spirits the island is piers and for the spirits it is saltspring. piers is on starboard side for spirits. spirits hull is to deep to go through the passage that the other vessels go through

Yeah it's piers island. The Mayne Queen Queen almost ran aground on peirs island back in the late 90's when her steering went.
