Whistler has over 7 feet of snow now at the peak. I don't think they've seen this much snow for a while. Same with the NS Mountains.

Well, we do have to dig down to the Ski Wee Hut on Grouse. Right Now Grouse's snowbase is at 293cm and rising.

We are expected to get 30-60cm of new snow over the next few days. (mountains)

Well good news is on the way...it is planned to clear up next week (for the lower Fraser Valley anyway; I'll check for the other regions). ;D It's about time....

Here is the forecast for Vancouver: . The surrounding area, from Powell River-Victoria and from Nanaimo-Hope is all scheduled for the same weather. Won't be warm but it should be our usual February sun (hopefully we get a good summer this time, though).

Yeah the Coqahalla was closed due to high amounts of snow like yesterday I think it was and so was highway 3 through Kootenay Pass due to avalanches. Crazy!
