The only two vessels I could think of that might fit that Criteria, is the Queen of the North, and the Prince Rupert. I don't think any of the other ferries would work with the side loading part, and the North is also part European already, with cabins (I don't know how many though), and it recently had an interior modification as well. I don't know about the engine room, but considering it sits at Deas for about half of the year, I would hope that they do engine work annually to it. But I don't know when BCF plans to give up those ferries, and would probably be in a couple of years when they replace them with new vessels. If they're really desperate for a vessel, I'd say go for the Tsawwassen. But of course it's too old, and there's no cabins on it.
