MV "Napoleon L" (Howe Sound Queen)

Is there any information out there at all about the Howe Sound Queen when she was known as the MV "Napoleon L"? I've seen one blurry photo of her, and it appears as though her superstructure was radically different, almost along the lines of a Mill Bay-ish configuration. Anyone out there who knows anything?

the howe sound queen did look kind of like mill bay during its first few months in service and then they needed more passenger space so they rebuilt her superstructure for larger passenger capacity.
recently she was in refit getting a new passenger deck acess stairway
