What ferry right now would be the best to go on would it be a ferry to be retired soon a new ferry a refurbished ferry a minor ferry etc etc etc

I would suspect that because the subject is speculative, there is no definative answer. The choice is unique to the individual. I.E: A person may have just had a positive experience on one of the refurbished ships & therefore, such an experience would influence their choice. Or, someone else (like myself) might have a penchant for the old ships that are nearing retirement - My favorite of the day is the Queen of Nanaimo, but it's because of her long history & my history of pleasant experiences on her that influence my choice. For what it's worth.

My favourite of the day would have to be The Queen of Esquimalt. I travelled on her two weeks ago, the minute I walked onto the passenger deck I saw the old asbestos ceilings and it reminded me of my early childhood going to Victoria.
(My first post ever on this forum back when when I was qsandwich)

hmm, difficult decision, well the last ferry I was on was the Queen of Cumberland so I would have to say her. She's is my favorite of all the Gulf Island ferries.
