They (ex BCR power) might never get repainted. CN policy holds that unless the unit's piant is destroyed past recognition (read: wreck or fire) it will not be repainted. The only "exception" to this is heavy rebuilds.

I don't know if this would fall under the 'transit' category... lol! West Coast Express is an operating wholly-owned subsidiary of Translink, Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority; I consider that the definition of transit myself. ...But then again, ferries are "mass transportation" in a way to me, as flight travel is, but socially responsible "mass transit" defines our area's regional legally mandated provider, Translink. lol, my bad, unfortunate wording on my part, I meant to get accross that trains - even with some transit pics pegged-on - seem good enough for being in this thread whether they're transit or not.
