According to the Vessle Position section of the Canadian Pilotage site the Cruise ship "Carnival Pride" The Identical sister ship to the Carnival Spirit which sails between Vancouver and Alaska in the summer, Is inbound for the Esquimalt Graving Dock. So far there is no ETA.
I was on the CPA website searching for a eta for the Coastal Renaissance .
Karl or anyone in Victoria may be interested in checking out the Esquimalt area in the next few weeks for signs of the massive Cruise ship.
The Carnival Pride did make a brief unexpected appearance in Vancouver Last Summer but has never sailed regular saillings in our waters.
