Man! I hadn't gotten a good look at it lately... I didn't realize it was that desperately in need of paint.

Ferries of British Columbia is fine. I don't see a problem with this title using a picture of the mv Elwha, Chelan, Coho, or any of the Alaska ferries. Even though these ships are not BC based, they are BC FERRIES in the sense that they do opperated in our waters.

Here's my 1'st entry... the M/V Evergreen State pulling out of Vashon on a beautiful Summer day in 2004: The Sealth (which replaced the Tillikum and Klahowya during the Summers of 2004 & 2005) had broken down and so the Evergreen State was pushed into service to replace her. I believe this was her 1'st time in service after receiving the gold band on her stack.

I would like to nominate 'Evergreenfleets' second picture down on April 2nd.
It's a picture of the Quinault, a steel-electric class vessel, which there has been some discussion on because of recent stability tests. Consequently, such a vessel seems appropriate. Anyways, that's my two cents.

Thanks for keeping those banner-nominations within the max-dimensions for width.

To save all of your screens from bloating and your hands from carpotunnel. Now the vessel pictured is the second of the Mark II class in the fleet. The M/V Wenatchee. She's been servicing Bainbridge Island since the beginning though filled in on Edmonds-Kingston run this year. Reason I chose these ones were due to the lighting and my very first batch off a new Nikon D50 camera.

No this was from December 30th when the DSLR came fresh out of the package. Currently, it is in a repair house due to some error with it.
