Voting ends at 9:00 PM tomorrow (unless another mod wishes to change that) due to the delay in getting this up. And here are the nominees: 1: 2: 3: 4: 5 (no resized pic was submitted for this one, but I'll include it anyway): images1.fotopic.net/?iid=ym9u1i&outx=600&noresize=1&nostamp=16: 7: 8: 9: 10: 11: 12: 13: Edited to clarify the time the voting ends (didn't mention if it was AM or PM)

I really like 12 if we could zoom in a bit on the ferry without losing Mt. Baker. Might not be possible then my vote would be for 6 or 1.

#4 was my choice. I like the Elwha being on-edge, on its turn.

I don't think we can zoom in on the ferry in #12 without losing Mt. Baker... I do believe that's Mount Rainier. I voted #9 on the basis that the mighty Evergreen State was the international boat from 1959 to 2001.

I took on 13 because of the X-mas theme onboard, and it's WSF's largest and second-most modern ferry.

They're all great, but I'm a sucker for the multi-ship shot and because it was such a wide and yet close race I went for #10.

Yeah, I picked 10 as well....
Looks like Dan can finally be happy that his picture has finally won a Flagship contest....

I voted for number 6, since there is some beautiful scenery and we have the main ferry for the International Route

Looked like it was going to be close at first, but #13 pulled out in front and won easily.

I have been trying to figure out how to change the forum banner to the new winning picture....and I'm stumped.
Jordan or John, I defer to your expertise.

What the... Only the Chelan and Elwha even touch B.C. waters. Last I heard, this was the "Ferries of British Columbia" discussion forum. Maybe it should be "Ferries of the Pacific Northwest"?

Hey now... there's a whole host of boats that served the International Run. Chelan and Elwha are the only two that are completely legal to do so anymore, but there were one or two others... Evergreen State, Kaleetan, Hyak a few times, Klickitat, I think the Nisqually, Chippewa, the MIGHTY Vashon, Rosario...
But as everyone knows around here, ferry systems before 1980 were a figment of our imaginations... ;D

Well, still, I think that having the MV Wenatchee being misrepresented as a ferry of British Columbia at the top of this page is a bit strange.

Well, still, I think that having the MV Wenatchee being misrepresented as a ferry of British Columbia at the top of this page is a bit strange. If that's the strangest thing you see, that's pretty good. We had some discussion about whether to say "Ferries of British Columbia Forum" or if the "forum" word was necessary or not. I trust you know you've found the correct forum, and so I also trust this "strange item" won't be a stumbling block for you, or for others.
