I'm planning a telephone interview with the owner of the Queen of Sidney, and I'm wondering if anyone has any questions they'd like to ask her owner.

• I understand the Queen of Sidney was retired from the BC Ferries fleet in 2002. When did it get sold, and when did you acquire the ship?
• When you bought the Queen of Sidney, what plans did you have for her?
• Did any of these plans really materialize?
• Why, or why not?
• Do you currently have any plans for the Queen of Sidney?
What about the SS San Mateo?
• What plans did you have for her?
• What about now? She’s pretty much sunken and her upper deck is collapsing.
Back to the Queen of Sidney:
• Did you realize that as of June 15th, the Queen of Sidney is 50 years old?
• Did you celebrate that fact at all?
The state of the ship:
• Do you know what state the Queen of Sidney is in right now?
• Is she safe to enter?
• Is the Queen of Sidney in an operational state?
• How often, if ever, do you run her engines?
• Do you visit the Queen of Sidney on a regular basis?
• If so, what do you do aboard her?
Future Plans for the Queen of Sidney:
• Have you thought of commencing a restoration project?
• How much do you estimate it would cost to restore the Queen of Sidney to her former glory?
• Is this currently feasible with your budget?
• If you were to get rid of the Queen of Sidney, what price would you sell her for?
• If somebody approached you, wanting to buy the ship and the lot she sits on, what be your response?
• Do you currently have any plans for the Queen of Sidney?
