How much is the buffet these days (Breakfast/Brunch/lunch/dinner)? Last time I was on it in 2007 it was like $16 for brunch 50% increase in under 7 years!

It's all on their website. There is no brunch anymore. Up until 10 it's Breakfast ($16.50), 11 to 1 it's Lunch ($19.00), from 2-4PM and 9-10PM it's Light Buffet (Salad and soup for $12.00), and from 5-8 it's Dinner ($22.00). Kids under 5 are free!

Is the Coastal Renaissance being the main vessel from Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay happening later this year than last year? Because I remember last year it start on November 15. This year it happening December 1st. Why would BC ferries delay the CR from being the main vessel?

Perhaps they wanted fewer complaints from people wandering around the ship trying to find the buffet.

Why would BC ferries delay the CR from being the main vessel? There doesn't have to be a relevant answer to this type of question. Sometimes, things just happen a certain way, and there is no important reason why. Let me ask you: - What shirt did you wear yesterday ? - What shirt did you wear on the previous Friday ? If it was different, why ? If it was the same, why ? ...you can see that a lot of times there is no important reason for something, so there is no point in asking "why" all the time.

Coastal Renaissance begins service as the #1 vessel from Tsawwassen on Route 1 tomorrow morning, officially bringing both Spirits into #2 boat status, however of course less likely we'll see the SOBC providing any extra service.

Why is it this Sunday the SOBC is doing the afternoon shift??? The Rennie is running in the morning/afternoon then the SOBC goes into service at 3pm. This is according to the travel center and it is only this way this Sunday. Of course I would rather see the SOBC running than the Rennie as I dont really think they should be pulling two spirits out at once.
