I stumbled across this site a while ago. www.aislive.comYou can sign up for a free account and they have a section for Vancouver. It shows live ship locations from Swartz Bay to Langdale and also Nanaimo, Deas, and Tsawwassen. Not all BC ferries are on there, but there are quite a few.

Yeah, but it also says the speed is 0.1 knots. I think this is just from the natural movement of the ship when tied up due to waves, etc.

Whoever is a member of that shiptracking should try and find the Queen of Victoria, or should I say Queen of Ocoa. It's really bugging me where she is. Because if you search her name (both names she has been called under) on like every search engine and nothing pops up. It's all pictures of Queen Victoria. The more I think about it, it seems like they've sunk her. So if it would be at all possible to search around the Panama area on there to see if anything indicates she is still alive!

I doubt she would even have the AIS on board. In fact B.C. Ferries only installed it last year on the majority of the vessels in the fleet.

The SOBC is shown as moored. And the lat/long co-ordinates are at Deas.

it's free and anyone can register. AIS Live Ltd. is a joint venture company which brings together the strength and resources of Lloyd's Register-Fairplay in the UK and the cutting edge technology of the HITT Group in the Netherlands. Using the public domain AIS signal received from vessels, we plot their positions in real time around the world.
