This is what I say would be if you could make a ferry into a full service ship acessable to the public (for stuff like a restaurant or a large shopping area) as for me I would make it into a restaurant.

I think St. John's Fishing Lodge has already done this with the old Queen of the Islands.
So to steal their idea, I'd take the Queen of Prince Rupert and use her as a mother-ship for an extended eco-tourism cruise of the BC Coast. Priced and marketed to the ultra-rich folks with an environmental conscience. Those that like to see the Kermode bear, and protest clearcuts, while still consuming large quantities of paper products.
So the ship would take the summer months to do various inlets & fjords of BC.

I don't think the Queen of the Islands has engines anymore, so they just tow her around places up north. According to their site, she sites only at a few places. So if you don't take the engines out of Queen of Prince Rupert, then it would be much better
