I am working on a new site devoted to photographic journal of B.C. Ferries (Video's to come later). I need some input on how I should do the site to make it the definitive B.C. Ferries Photo resource. Yahoo Groups sucks in that so many ads and other crap. This would be a clean site no popups popunders and other crap. Cleanly integrated advertising etc.

So far I have 3 sections Ships, Terminals, Forums, Store, Home.

Ships
Ships will be photo's of all of B.C. Ferries fleet inside out, past, present and future.

Terminals
Terminals wil be photo's of all major and minor terminals in B.C. Ferries.

Forums
Clean design that doesn't burn the eyes. Will be broken up a bit to make finding topics easier.

Store
Place to buy ferries related stuff and support the site.

So what does everyone think? I will be excepting everyone's photo's that they have personally taken to host for free on the site with full credit to you etc.

I already have a owned dedicated server with over 100GB of space. So server and bandwidth won't be a problem at all. Do you have a domain for your site along with a hosting provider etc?

mine should be up in about 4 days. if im lucky
