The secondary dock at Saltery Bay will be used for all ferry traffic from Monday, March 14 through Friday, March 18. This will allow Terminal Maintenance crews to re-deck and pave sections of the primary dock. This maintenance work is not expected to cause any unusual delays on the route. Updated information will be provided if there are any changes to the status of this minor project. OMG OMG OMG! there using Berth 2 I have to get to Saltery Bay when that happens

its like with Hlynx, there is a second dock on the opposite side of the berth as where the lynx docks, and she can dock there if they ever need too, but they dont.

The only difference with the original berth is that it goes along a separate road the one at Earls Cove is right next to it but Saltery Bay's goes along a separate road

I've been walking down to the 2nd dock at Saltery Bay before, and yes, I do think it's neat that they're using it again. It's neat (to me) becase they'll have to re-route traffic somehow to get down the side-road to the 2nd dock.
PR-Kid: can they access this from inside the loading-compound, or will paid-traffic have to double back around the toll-booths, and then go down the road to Dock-2. ??
So it it's not "neat", at least it's different, and interesting to some.
Hopefully a heavy truck won't cause it to collapse....
Oh yeah, here's a funny one: I travelled HarbourLynx in early February and paid by Mastercard. The charge still hasn't appeared on my banking record. Looks like a free trip to me......

Isn't there a legal 1 fiscal month limit? I'm pretty sure there is, in which case the charge would be tres illegal.
